Our Certification Process

From your initial inquiry to ongoing surveillance, Eurotech ensures a transparent, compliant, and streamlined certification journey.

1. Quotation and Charges

EUROTECH provides detailed quotations based on IAF guidelines and published fee schedules. All charges are transparent and reviewed with the client.

2. Application

Clients submit an application form covering all site locations and standards. EUROTECH reviews and assigns a lead auditor.

3. Introductory Visit / Tele-Call

An optional visit / call where a lead auditor explains the registration process and performs a facility walkthrough.

4. Gap Assessment (Optional)

An unofficial, optional pre-assessment to help identify readiness without affecting certification decisions.

5. Readiness Review / Stage 1 Assessment

A detailed pre-audit check confirming internal audits and management reviews are complete and conforming.

6. Registration Assessment

7. Corrective Action / Follow-up Visit

Client addresses nonconformities. Follow-up visits may be required to verify resolution.

8. Registration Grant Decision

Certification decision is made based on audit results and successful implementation of corrective actions.

10. On-going Surveillance

Annual audits verify continued conformity. Complaints and improvement records are reviewed.

11. Re-Certification Audit

Every 3 years, a full re-assessment is conducted to maintain certification validity.
